How to Grow Longan Plants
Land Preparation
Longan grows best in warm tropical and subtropical climates.
Best soil: Well-drained fertile loamy soil.
Soil pH: 5.5 – 7.0
Dig pits of 3 ft × 3 ft × 3 ft.
Fill pits with:
• 20–25 kg FYM
• 2 kg Vermicompost
• 1 kg Neem Cake
• Topsoil mixture
